MESHFALL Operational Manual, Governance & Rules

AUTHORITY: Truck Guy Upfitters LLC ENGINE: Hexadyne Spatial Matrix THEATER: Oconee / Pickens / Anderson Counties, SC

1. Mission Statement

"Propagate signal, seed physical resilience, master the spectrum."

MESHFALL gamifies territorial mapping to accelerate the physical deployment of off-grid communications infrastructure across the Upstate. Factions do not compete to destroy; they compete to illuminate dark valleys, push repeaters up ridges, and expand public packet routing.

Every contested hex won today ensures that when storms hit, power grids fail, or municipal communications collapse, our communities share a sovereign, fault-tolerant radio network. In MESHFALL, helping your neighbor—and even your rival—build a better station directly expands the mesh you rely on.

2. What MESHFALL Is & How It Works

MESHFALL maps physical 915 MHz LoRa packet coverage onto the Hexadyne Engine—a spatial governance matrix utilizing Uber H3 Resolution 8 cells (~0.74 km² / ~180 acres each). The operational baseline covers the Tri-County Circular Theater (Oconee, Pickens, and Anderson Counties, SC — 7,891 total playable hexes).

[ ACTIVE SECTORS ]

Verified coverage zones where packets route and territory is contested through link weight.

[ EXPANSION CORRIDORS ]

Unmapped frontier territories targeted for expansion via 48-hour community qualified majority votes.

[ DECOMMISSIONING TARGETS ]

Inactive sectors flagged for grid removal requiring a 75% super-majority community ballot.

[ REGIONAL OUTPOSTS ]

Sectors beyond the 3-hop operational limit (~10 miles), queued for Phase II regional deployment.

3. Mesh vs. Web Portal: Capabilities Matrix

To protect scarce 915 MHz RF spectrum for critical traffic, operations are divided between the physical radio mesh and the zero-trust web console:

Action / Capability Via Physical 915 MHz LoRa Mesh (OTA) Via Web Dashboard (meshfall.truckguy.pro)
Hardware Node Claiming YES (Broadcast CLAIM MF-XXXX) Generates 15-minute challenge code
Territory Scoring & Dominance YES (Automatic via RF link telemetry) View-only (Live HUD monitoring)
Squad Tactical Coordination YES (Encrypted Channel 1 PSK) Prohibited (Maintains privacy)
Inter-Faction Diplomacy & Treaties Prohibited (Keeps airwaves clear) YES (forum.truckguy.pro)
Corridor Expansion Voting No (Too much bandwidth) YES (48-hour map voting ballots)
Account & Hardware Vault No YES (Passkeys, PII encryption vault)
Community Wiki Authoring No YES (Markdown revision control)

4. Over-The-Air Interaction Protocols & Channel Allocation

To prevent channel saturation and comply with FCC Part 15 rules, all nodes must adhere to channel segregation:

Channel 0: Primary Civil / LongFast

Channel 1: Faction Tactical Channels

Inter-Faction Communications: The Forum Invariant

Diplomatic negotiations, cross-faction coordination, and governance discussions are strictly restricted to forum.truckguy.pro. Cross-faction taunting or debating over the air causes packet collisions that directly degrade emergency mesh traffic.
